What the enquiry form collects
When you send us a project enquiry we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the kind of work you selected and the message you wrote. Our website also records the internet address your enquiry arrived from and the country it resolved to. We keep those last two only so that we can tell a real enquiry from automated spam.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to run the job. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your details to anyone selling anything, and we do not sell them ourselves.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is stored by our website host and a copy is emailed to our own inbox so that it is not lost if one of the two fails. Both are reached only with a password held by the company. We keep enquiries for two years, which covers a project enquiry that turns into a contract and a warranty period afterwards, and we delete them after that.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing is stored on your device when you read these pages.
Other companies involved
Three, and only because the website could not work without them: the company that hosts the site and protects it from attack, the company that carries the notification email to our inbox, and the company that registered our domain name. None of them is given your information for their own use.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email the contact above and we will do it. There is nothing to pay and you do not need a reason.

Some pages link to our clients and partners. Once you follow a link you are on their website and this notice no longer applies.
