Rehabilitation of ten fishing ponds in the Central River Region.
Ten fishing ponds at Jahally in the Central River Region were rehabilitated, embankments rebuilt, inlet and outlet structures restored, and water control returned to working order.
Aquaculture infrastructure fails quietly. A pond that cannot hold or release water on demand stops being a productive asset long before it looks broken, so the work focused on the control structures as much as on the earthworks.
